Tea Party "Dishonorable Disclosure"......Swift Boating Again (VIDEO) [UPADTED - BIRTHERISM]

"Dishonorable Disclosure": a Tea Party and Anti-Obama strategy. The online mini-fantasy is baseless in its premise and the strategy's ultimate mission is flawed.   The video is a carbon copy of Karl Rove's Swift Boat attacks on John Kerry as he campaigned against George W. Bush in 2004. Needles to say, but Karl Rove's Swift Boats had impact on the 2004 race.  One has to wonder if Kerry Had won the election, if the 2007/08 financial crash might have been minimized as a financial tsunami.

Ben Smith

Ben Smith, described as a Navy SEAL in the documentary, 'Dishonorable Disclosures,' says, 'Mr. President, you did not kill Osama bin Laden, America did.'

Apparently, Smith has or had information on his Facebook page about his alignment with the Tea Party. Any rational viewer and reader should question the motive and credibility of the on-camera spokesman. I would say he is probably very anti-Obama and that speaks to his probable lack of objectivity and more specifically motive.

The Politicker Dot Com reports as follows.

This is the second high-profile attack on the president from ex-elite military operatives. Last month, Ryan Zinke, a Montana State Senator and former commander of Navy SEAL Team Six, started a super PAC, Special Operations for America , which is dedicated to supporting Mitt Romney and hitting President Obama on leaks and on politicizing Bin Laden’s death. According to Mr. Zinke, these two super PACs are just the first salvo in what will be a sustained assault on the president by high-level ex-soldiers.

The following image and video relates to Current Navy Admiral McRaven , Naval Seals Operational Command.

During a recent interview with McRaven, Wolf Blitzer lead the following dialogue.

WOLF BLITZER, CNN: This is the guy who's sitting right here who had the guts to tell the commander in chief we should do it, let's do it. And when you ordered that raid and when you said you think you - you didn't even know for sure that bin Laden was in Abbottabad at that compound about a mile or so away from the West Point of Pakistan, did you?ADM. WILLIAM MCRAVEN, COMMANDER, U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS: Well, let me make one thing clear. I didn't order the raid.(LAUGHTER)BLITZER: But he told the president of the United States that he thought he could do it.MCRAVEN: I mean, and this is not a small point. The fact of the matter is it was the president of the United States that ordered the raid.BLITZER: And he deserves an enormous amount of credit for that decision.MCRAVEN: Absolutely, he does.(APPLAUSE)

A quick Google search yielded two versions of the interview: YouTube version (75 minutes long and actually not very interesting. Point of specific interest minutes 6:00 through 6:45) Blitzer interview (much shorter version and with some interesting production; see below).

A comment about CNN's Linked video. I find it intriguing the CNN video (and transcript) completely excludes the first 10:00 plus minutes of the full interview. Their version did not include McRaven's direct attribution for the raid to his superiors Leon Penetta and President Obama. CNN could only post such a video (edited as such)  with full intent. I will leave surmising of  intent to you, the reader and viewer.

Since I have taken a shot at CNN for their editing and posting decision, allow an embedded of the latest CNN report on Smith, Zinke and the Tea arty. You should finding information related to an empty office very much wrought with subterfuge.

The Right-wing entities responsible for the "SwiftBoat" like strategy have commented, the SwiftBoat campaign was very different from the 22 minute attempt at character assassination of the president. They indicate their reason for the campaign is to raise consciousness of dangers to future US operations.  The claim is pure B/S as the video clearly starts with comment about President Obama "not killing bin Laden".
Generals Schwarzkopf. Eisenhower, MacArthur, and Admiral Halsey did not fire weapons in their victories over enemies of the United States. Their president's also did not fire weapons. If anyone is shallow enough to grab that "....we pulled the trigger" super-machismo garbage, the video was tailored made for you.
The matter of divulging potentially dangerous operational secrets, is about as inane and ridiculous as Smith's on camera, Obama hating. Viewers of the video are extremely shallow or inclined to 'hate, if they cannot get their minds around a very adroit White House with close ties to Leon Panetta and Admiral McRaven. Do you really think the White House would partake in any discussion of the mission with potential movie producers without first consulting the military experts and stakeholders?  If you believe such, you are probably a consistent viewer of Fox News.

Founder Of Obama Swift Boating Group: ‘I’m A Birther’: On Wednesday, a group of former intelligence and Special Forces operatives released a 22-minute video accusing President Obama of jeopardizing sensitive information in order to take credit for the killing of Osama bin Laden. OPSEC, as they call themselves, is one of several new groups dedicated to attacking Obama on military issues, specifically on the [...]
