Gary Johnson: A National Political Disgrace

We hold theses truths to be self-evident

Gary Johnson, Libertarian Party candidate for President, is not of sound mind. Since Johnson is what some would call a self-made millionaire and a lifelong conservative we can not avoid the assumption of something about Johnson has taken a turn to La-La Land.

An even more intriguing dynamic is the number potential voters actually find Johnson an acceptable presidential candidate. The three images that follow shows Johnson's polling performance since May of this year.

Johnson consistently captures around 10% of 2016 presidential polling. What could polling respondents find appealing in a candidate who with each public appearance seems to have further devolved into the world of zany, weird and bizarre? Could it be he serves as a protest vote against Clinton and Trump? Could his very public affinity for the "weed" generate such consistent polling? The answer isn't easy to pinpoint, but rest assured the Johnson supporters represent a segment of potential voters who are appreciably outside the scope of responsible.

Let's run through three recent instances of Johnson as one who seems to have lost a great deal of cognitive acuity or one who may even appear intoxicated while trying to appear rational on camera.

Gary Johnson Bizarrely Sticks His Tongue Out at Reporter Like the Very Serious Candidate He Is
It’s the dream for any third party candidate running for President to make headlines just days before a general election debate.
But recently, the headlines for former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson haven’t exactly been the type that he’s been hoping to get.
The one time Republican turned Libertarian party candidate for the White House went instantly viral two weeks ago during an interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe. Johnson, who touts his GOP executive experience in a heavily blue state, asked columnist Mike Barnicle point black, “What is Aleppo?” in reference to the refugee crisis in Syria.

And today’s bizarre turn may not help things much either.
NBC News’s Kasie Hunt interviewed Johnson about pulling even in some of the battleground state polls if he were able to get onto the debate stage with Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump (Johnson fell short of qualifying for Monday night’s debate in Long Island). “There would be an examination of me and [Vice Presidential candidate] Bill Weld as who we are and what we’ve done,” he said.
He then stuck his tongue out, bit it, and somewhat coherently said (I think): “I’m not gonna stand up there for the whole debate and not say anything and [incomprehensible].”
Watch — and enjoy — the clip via MSNBC.

Truly outside the realm of normal adult behavior.

Another case of 'dead brain cells' syndrome manifesting as Johnson was asked about climate change. The Sun will do it!

The encore performance: "Aleppo." A case of clear mental failure for a person who seeks to become the leader of the most powerful nation on Earth. Is it possible Johnson occupies himself in ways which do not include in concern about current events? The US has a vested interest in the war in Syria and Iraq; a war (from a US perspective against ISIS. How it is possible Johnson allowed himself to exist in such an uninformed state? How can he allow himself to influence the fall elections when he so clearly operates with an elevator which doesn't go all the way to the top.

Aleppo?

Is your vote in safe hands?

Inquisitor's five positions of Gary Johnson.  There are actually many more positions which should frighten liberal and progressive America.
