"We are going to engage Hispanics and Latinos like we've never done before," RNC chairman Reince Priebus said on a conference call.

RNC Hispanic Outreach Operative Becomes a Democrat
Pablo Pantoja, who was most recently the State Director of Florida Hispanic Outreach for the Republican National Committee, changed his voter registration to become a Democrat, according to Florida Nation.
"It doesn't take much to see the culture of intolerance surrounding the Republican Party today. I have wondered before about the seemingly harsh undertones about immigrants and others. Look no further; a well-known organization recently confirms the intolerance of that which seems different or strange to them."
The GOP and RNC can practice lip-service and clumsily attempt to quickly turn-around decades of insensitivity to minorities; they will fail with each initiative. While the umbrella GOP and RNC speak about "autopsies' and re-branding, their members (92% white) are members for a reason. They have no need for, nor interest in developing a more diverse populace within their party.
We suggest a major lobotomy is the only real opportunity to affect change in the party on the Right.
