The Daily GOP Ignominious: Trump's Church Claims Busted By Conservatives

And, this is how it starts....

A Bloomberg show host bothers to ask the bloviating Trump about his nascent boast about the Bible (and his latest book). Of course folks, go out and buy the book.

Right Wing News (A conservative site that oblivious finds Trump contemptible).
“You have been talking about how it’s your favorite book,” Halperin said. “I’m wondering what one or two of your most favorite Bible verses are.”

“Well, I wouldn’t want to get into it,” Trump replied. “Because that’s very personal. You know, when I talk about the Bible it’s vey personal. So I don’t want to get into it.”

Halperin pressed, again asking if he would name a favorite verse or two.

“No, I don’t want to do that,” Trump said.

Another reporter asked the billionaire if he is an “Old Testament guy or New Testament.”

“Probably equal. I think it’s just incredible, the whole Bible is incredible,” Trump said.
Exposed by a conservative "Bible thumper" who stated he attended Rick Perry's evangelical event during the 2012 GOP primary run.

One America News hosts a Sarah Plain show that was news to me until Trump often for a visit and opportunity to answer facilitating soft (ice cream) questions from the nation's number one political dimwit.  You must visit the embed just below.

We will cap off the Trump visit with  the Bible with a couple of post references.

First Ring Of Fire Radio offers an entertaining look at "the Donald's penchant" for sitting around obfuscating on Twitter.

Trumps Bible verses thanks to Twitter

Trump’s Bible Verses: Thanks to Twitter

As we reported yesterday, Trump could not state one Bible verse he liked. Thankfully Twitter followers have provided the following suggestions he can use in the future when asked by reporters to site his favorite biblical quotes:

James Martin, SJ @JamesMartinSJWhen I was a rich young man Jesus told me to give up my wealth. I told him to invest in real estate. Guess who's rich now?
Crutnacker @CrutnackerBlessed are children of the wealthy, for they shall have the right to exaggerate success and be a jackass without penalty.

His claims of attending a specific church have bee refuted by the church, thus more identification of Trump as a liar carnival barker par excellence.

Yes, I am going to paste a few words from The Drudge Report. Obviously, Drudge finds Trump an unacceptable candidate for the GOP nomination.

Church Denies Trump's Claim of Being Member There
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told reporters Thursday that he attends a church in Manhattan, but the church released a statement saying the real estate developer is not an "active member." "I am Presbyterian Protestant. I go to Marble Collegiate Church," he told reporters in Greenville, S.C. But the church said in a statement, "Donald Trump has had a longstanding history with Marble Collegiate Church, where his parents were for years active members and one of his children was baptized. However, as he indicates, he is a Presbyterian, and is not an active member of Marble."
