What is "chain migration"?
"Chain migration" -- officially known as "family reunification" under federal law -- is the process by which green card holders or legal U.S. residents may sponsor a family member for immigration to the United States.
It is the most common legal form of immigration to the United States. According to the Department of Homeland Security, 238,087 immigrants were categorized as a "family-sponsored preference" in 2016, and 566,706 came as "immediate relatives of U.S. citizens" (spouses, children, or parents).
Between 60 and 70 percent of all lawful permanent immigration to the United States in the past decade has family-based roots.

Trump In-Laws Visa Status (A Mystery)

OK, the majority of Americans know Trump is a fraud.  They know he is incapable of speaking truthfully They also know he has a wife who is not a natural born citizen; they may know there are unanswered questions about her citizenship.  The more informed Americans know that Trump's in-laws are now living in the Untied States without any level of clarity regarding their visa status.

How has the GOP and its leaders become so very : "Do as I say, not what I do."  The party has moved well beyond hypocrisy and has, or is, dragging along millions who subscribe to its ideology as a core value.

It is important to also remember, Trump has reignite the quest for a wall along the US Southern border which will cost billions. A wall which will not stop immigrants from crossing the southern border. And, as is the case with any wall used to restrict hold, of orally people, it will eventuality torn down.

As we consider the amount of energy, demagoguery and vile rhetoric from Trump regrading immigration, let's visit some of the worst of the Trump's. Let's start with Trump's wife.

In 2016, do you recall seeing Trump's wife say this?

How about this?

Trump at his State of the Union speech:

"Under the current broken system, a single immigrant can bring in virtually unlimited numbers of distant relatives," Trump said Jan. 30. "Under our plan, we focus on the immediate family by limiting sponsorships to spouses and minor children."
Here he is in early December of last year:

How are we experiencing what follows?

All said I suppose it is just as well the White House will not address inquires about the Trump's in-laws. History has taught us any comment would probably not have a basis in fact.

Chain Migration (Political Expedience)

Chain Migration

The phrase is wrought with confusion, racism, and political advantage. It has become facilitating mantra for a president who flirts with white nationalism while using the phrase to excite a base which shares his social views.

Trump's mantra found its way into his first State of the Union Speech Oh, he was, in fact, was booed by some Democrats.

Chain migration - Wikipedia

Chain migration is a term used by demographers since the 1960s to refer to the social process by which migrants from a particular town follow others from that town to a particular destination city or neighborhood. The destination may be in another country or in a new, usually urban, location within the same country.

It should be noted Snopes dot com rated the Chain Migration assertion against Trump's in-laws as "Unproven."

The Knavs seem to be chain migrants. Well, maybe I haven't considered the Knavs are different and not in a manner related to Trump.
