As Trump's World Turns: Moments (Vaping, Appeals Court Nominee, Ethno Nationalism)

The Faces of White Nationalism
Image result for ethnonationalism menashi hearing

Today, as I watched the following moment, I was rendered semi-conscious via a stroke of astonishment. When my senses returned, I realized the ridiculousness of allowing Trump to render me stupid for even for one moment.

The Moment

Trump sitting the Oval Office with his Einstein Visa wife and spoke about vaping in a world and administration of utter chaos. Jong-UN is firing missiles to frighten Trump, The Bahamas has thousands missing (and feared dead) after Dorian, close advisers are vacating the Trump Administration comparable to Count Dracula exposed to sunlight. Just to name a few serious world issues.  Is vaping the most serious killer in our nation?  Is vaping the most significant issue his wife can grab as some sort of facade of concern for the nation?  Is this real?

Since I mentioned Einstein Visa:

EB-1 visa. The EB-1 is a preference category for United States employment-based permanent residency. ... Those are foreign nationals who either have "extraordinary abilities", or are "outstanding professors or researchers", and also includes "some executives and managers of foreign companies who are transferred to the US".
EB-1 visa - Wikipedia
https://en.m.wikipedia.org › wiki › EB-1_visa
Now for the moment.

The full Oval Office visit as consumed with what appears more Trump insanity and, frankly, a healthy dose of lying.

Moments of Shame

Let's move to an area of Trumpism which is as telling as Trump's penchant for increasingly appearing outside the realm of rational.  Trump's innate leaning towards white nationalism is troubling. If you continue to hold doubts Trump is a racist surrounded by people who are either equal social regressive or I see nothing lackeys think deeply about your core values.  Also, question your grasp of reality possibly fostered by a lack of credible news choices and supported by facilitating social interactions.

During Trump's campaign, you may recall comments about killing a significant Navy Admiral killing Muslim with swine coated bullets. The story was patently false, but one couldn't help but wonder from where did Trump come up with such a story.  Well, meet a Trump nominee for the federal appeals court (a lifelong judicial seat and the seat of former Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall).

Meet Trump's angel of Ethnonationalism. In very simple terms, the nominee is an overt the top racist, with a very dangerous inner core.

If you want a more in-depth perspective on Menashi as a penultimate racist, VOX offers a well-developed article linked here

Let's revisit Menahsi via his hearing performance which resembled a person taking part in a water-rifle competition. If you have never witnessed a person evading answering questions, give this one a watch. It is a short video and it is classic.

Is it even possible to find any level of rational in nominating such an over-the-top racist and socially regressive Appeals Court Judge? Once we settle on the possibility of such a nomination in a Trump administration, let's identify a deeper motive for nominating a virtual Klansman without a Klan Card, robe, and hood.

After a brief moment of thought, we cannot escape the nominee and Trump's nomination validates the undercurrent of white nationalism oozing from Trump and facilitated by the GOP.

Answer a question, without the need to drop to the comments section for comment. The site has common trolls and bots who leave comments; we don't post nor respond (for the most part).

Do you feel this nominee, if confirmed, would preside over an appeals court which practices, fair and equitable rulings regardless of race?

If you experienced even fleeting thoughts of "well, maybe,..." You should understand that you are to some degree a white nationalist. That mindset is the next step up the ladder of oppression against segments of the population. Moreover, you suffer from the associated inner core of white privilege. Both are the foundations of tragic homicidal lessons learned across the scope and breadth of humankind.

Let's take another look at the perfect example of the myth that only ignorant and stupid people are racist.

54 ObamaCare Repeal Votes! Einstein's Definition of Insanity?

The House of Representatives wastes millions with each repeal the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) vote. Unlike the 113th Congress, Boehner and his elected political (Koch and Big Pharma) operatives have a new path to wasting our tax dollars. The US Senate is now the domain of a Republican majority thanks to non-voters in the 2014 midterms.

We now have a US Congress lead and occupied by people who are beholding to constituents who are vehemently anti-ACA. Since dark money talks in US politics, the ACA will be a target of the 114th Congress and US Senate as long as Obama is president (and probably well beyond). The Republicans in Congress are so preoccupied with "gifting" their money brokers, they callously spend from $1.43 million to $1.6 million per repeal vote. If we take the higher figure, the total expenditure for the repeal votes exceeds $89 million. How about rounding to $90 million USD on votes that will never pass a White House Veto.

The House vote was enacted during the current ACA Open Enrollment period. As enrollment numbers increase and the February 15th deadline nears, the 56th repeal vote seems all the more ridiculous.

"Another example of Einstein using his prestige to help a prominent African American occurred in 1951, when the 83-year-old W.E.B. Du Bois, a founder of the NAACP, was indicted by the federal government for failing to register as a “foreign agent” as a consequence of circulating the pro-Soviet Stockholm Peace Petition. Einstein offered to appear as a character witness for Du Bois, which convinced the judge to drop the case."

EINSTEIN KNEW PREJUDICE AND CALLED IT FOR WHAT IT WAS — With recent events of racism in the news, such as that displayed by two owners of NBA basketball teams, and by the gutting of the Voting Rights Act by apparent prejudices of the Roberts's Court, it's appropriate to revisit one of humankind's greatest minds and his views on racism. Dr. Albert Einstein understood the greatest mysteries of the physical universe. He also understood the greatest failings of human behavior. Prejudice. This he knew firsthand as a Jew in pre-World War II Europe. In 1946, the Nobel Prize winning physicist addressed Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, the first college in America to grant degrees to blacks. Langston Hughes and Thurgood Marshall are among its graduates. Einstein declared to the students that "racism is America's greatest disease." And he did all he could to support desegregation and other movements addressing racism. Einstein was a member of several civil rights groups, including the Princeton University chapter of the NAACP. Perhaps we can learn more than just physics from Einstein. Maybe we can learn more about human prejudice as well, by discussing this issue openly with one another.

Open Secrets Blog: Top Political Contributions and IRS Code Classifications

OpenSecrets.org - Center for Responsive PoliticsWould you like a look at how Citizens United has influenced US politics?  Maybe, just maybe, you might come away from the embedded OpenSecretsBlog tables with an understanding of why the IRS would spend extra effort in attempts to validate non-profit status of many organizations. It should not take a major Einstein 'mental epiphany' to see how and why organizations,  sanctioned by Citizens United and facilitated via flawed IRS codes, would draw IRS analyst attention.

If you have followed news this week, you may know that Elijah Cummings (D) Md. has released the full transcript of Oversight Committee hearings on the IRS alleged scandal that was not a scandal.  As you view the tables below, keep in mind the 501(C)(4) is the code that led to heightened IRS scrutiny of Citizens United induced potential for tax evasion.

A bit of research will yield findings indicating groups in the table are not all "conservative."

Note: For groups that want to be politically active, alternative corporate structures are available, such as super PACs and "527" groups -- and those groups aren't limited to spending just 49.9 percent of their resources on politics. However, they are required to disclose their donors.

Political Nonprofits: Top Donors

These are the top donor organizations to politically active 501(c) nonprofits -- or, rather, these are the donors the Center for Responsive Politics has been able to identify. Groups on the receiving end aren't required to publicly reveal who their contributors are. However, 501(c) groups must disclose the names of organizations to which they make donations. By sifting through hundreds of 990 tax forms, where the disclosure occurs, we have come up with this list.

Other donors -- such as individuals and corporations -- aren't required to publicly report such gifts, so the sources of much of the money flowing to politically active tax-exempt groups remain unknown.
