The Daily GOP Ignominious:Worldwide Consumers Targets Of A US President

Image result for carnival barker trump

Yesterday we published this piece:
Trump Uses Our Tax Dollars To Lobby Against Nordstroms
Read an excerpt from the piece:
"Fortune published an additional piece this afternoon which includes a list of retailers who have dropped his daughter;s brand (lines). As I read the piece, I couldn't help but wonder why Trump is targeting Nordstrom's. Hell, Neiman also dropped Ivanka's lines!"
We are still not certain of why trump picked Nordstroms for waging a White House War on the retailer. Especially since we have read reports of other retailers dropping his daughter's line. As we published the piece on yesterday, we certainly wondered if Trump was using his carnival barking skills to incite (or prompt) sales of his daughter's brand.

Mid-Afternoon update:  The White House says Conway misspoke (out of line and got reamed word). "....Kelly Anne has been "counseled."

But, the orders already went out to Trump's sycophant army: BUY IVANKA! Have you ever heard that courtroom lawyer speak words to the jury he/she knows will draw an objection and a "strike that last statement via the judge sitting on the bench?  Yes, and that is what we have when the presstitute leaves a message which is far more than subliminal.

ABC News also addressed the early morning Ivanka advertisement (albeit it unrequested, we assume).

I remind. Trump has been in office less than one month. It is also worth noting the GOP leadership in Congress explored, or discussed, dismantling a federal ethics department which provides monitoring and oversight regarding scenarios such as Conway's Ivanka advertisement. Apparently, millions have taken great exception to Conway's ethics violation.  The department website crashed due to overuse.

Week three and counting. Folks it will not get better.

Trump Working Strategy On CNN

Non-Progressive News " are fake news. No, I am not going to let you ask a question. "...

Can you imagine such bodacious childish behavior for a person who is about to be seated in the highest office in the land? Yes, the comment was issued by non-other than president-elect Trump while pointing a finger at Jim Acosta of CNN News.

Trump's first presser in over 150 days, and he started the presser with pre-planned vindictiveness and strategy. Strategy?  Yes, without question a case of the best 'defense is an offense' and an effort to back CNN into a position of favorable reporting much like Fox News.

What a way to pay back a network which Trump owes so much. What network was the first to facilitate Trump's campaign by "call-in?" Which network work tireless and with much energy on election night at having states called for Trump. Wolf Blitzer election night performance was virtually orgasmic regarding his zeal at pushing John King to state by state (board) call electoral wins for Trump was literally pathetic and somewhat bush-league. CNN top management has admitted to over-playing Trump throughout the campaign. How can anyone forget Anderson Cooper's almost worship like announcements of Trump's campaign rally arrivals? " There's his plane taxiing along the tarmac."

Alas, the carnival barker repays those who paved his path the White House.
" are fake news. No, I am not going to let you ask a question. "...
We will start with Media Matters and roll to Talking Points Memo.
Media Matters

CNN's Jim Acosta Reports That Incoming Press Secretary Spicer Threatened To Throw Him Out Of Trump Press Conference

After CNN Broke Trump-Russia Story, Trump Attacked CNN And Acosta During Press Conference
WOLF BLITZER (HOST): I want to go to Jim Acosta, our White House correspondent, who is inside Trump Tower. He was at the news conference. Jim, I know you very assertively tried to get a question in. [President-elect Donald Trump] pointed at you and said he didn't want to take your question, he said "fake news."
Tell us what it was like for you when you saw what was going on.

JIM ACOSTA: Well, Wolf, at the beginning of that news conference Donald Trump indicated that he was not going to call on me or call on CNN. He sort of pointed at me at one point and then waved his hand as if, “you're not going to get a question.”

Read more, here.

Fascism takes shape. During this mornings press conference Trump refused to allow the number two cable news network a question. He asserted CNN is fake news:

If you are curious and more into Trump than most rational people, CSPAN posted the full hour-long presser. As I am not a reality show follower, lover, nor watcher I didn't waste today's hour on Trump.

The Daily GOP Ignominious: Trump's Enemies Are Us

Image result for class decency and maturity

There is no substitute for class, decency, and maturity.  Traits we as a nation should expect from anyone who occupies the US Presidency.

It is unfortunate but the aforementioned traits are not human personality tendencies which are learned once one reaches a certain age. We state paradigm traits. shifting one;s paradigm at age 70 will never take place. If we think of what's to come in late January with the inauguration of Trump, take this set of tweets and contemplate.

Image may contain: 2 people, text

Trump tweeted of enemies. We can assume he is speaking of Americans. His affinity for all things Putin (AKA" V. Putin") lead em to believe he isn't referring to a historic international adversary (in Russia). He has enemies in this country while he continues to side with international adversaries against US INTEL agencies.

Again, paradigms do not shift once we reach advanced ages.

I will leave the comparison of the two News Years Day wishes to your interpretation.

"V Puitn?"; "Move-on"; Russian Hackers On FBI Most Wanted List

While the Keystone Cop president-elect goes about his pre-inauguration reign of silliness and child-like addiction to Twitter, he exposes the nation to the most evil of empires after Kim Jong Un's North Korea.

Trump's response to CIA and FBI reports of Putin personally directing cyber attacks and information releases (to Wiki Leaks) is abominable. Trump's goes here in response to Obama Administration sanctions and Intel operative expulsions (35 Russian hacker spies).

Great move on delay (by V. Putin) - I always knew he was very smart!

"V. Putin?" Seriously.

Democracy Now is reporting on an interview in which trump was asked a related question:

Reporter: "What do you think, generally, about sanctions against Russia?"
President-elect Donald Trump: "I think we ought to get on with our lives. I think that computers have complicated lives very greatly. The whole, you know, age of computer has made it where nobody knows exactly what’s going on. We have speed, we have a lot of other things, but I’m not sure we have the kind of security that we need. But I have not spoken with the senators, and I certainly will be over a period of time."

"Get on with our lives......" unimaginable!

Trump is also reported to have commented when asked about possible Obama Administration sanctions against Russia:
"....move on to "bigger and better things."
"....Bigger and better things?"  Total incompetence and a chronic lack of seriousness in the face of grave danger from a geopolitical adversary and veritable dictator (Putin). The self-gratification and reality show psyche of the president-elect if stupefying.

Even Fox News's Shepard smith took professional exception to Trump's meandering silliness and lack of mental qualifications for the White House.

Yesterday we published a piece regarding Obama's sanctions (full-text pdf) and other dangerous responses to the hacking threat from Putin's hackers. Yes, a CBS affiliate also broadcast a video segment full to the brim with inane and silly efforts to downplay the CIA INTEL on Putin's hacking (for those who didn't visit the link to yesterday's post).

Operation Grizzly Steppe led to the expulsion of 35 operatives plus the shuttering of two Russian compounds near Washington DC, was a necessary or national security and the sanctions validate the necessity of treating any interaction with "V. Putin" As carefully are ordering responses to his Eastern European land and nation grabs. Trump's responses supposedly in the realm of wanting to get along with Russia is both irresponsible and a direct threat to national security.

Apparently, two of the 35 operatives (INTEL Agents) were on the FBI's Most Wanted List.
  alexsey-belan by LawNewz on Scribd

The CBS affiliate mentioned above and Trump should pay close attention to the FBI report as it includes countermeasures to Russia's growing Internet (cyber) war on the US. Check out a list of code names used by the 35 operatives.

Operation Pawn Storm

Quedagh Sandworm
SYNful Knock
Tiny Baron
Team twain_64.dll (64-bit X-Agent implant)

Wonder if the CBS affiliate considers the list (and the comprehensive report) enough "evidence" of Russian hacking to help elect Trump?

While CBS should issue a statement regarding its "Five problems with the CIA Report", Trump should pay close attention to a story that broke overnight.

AOL News (Reuters)
Code associated with Russia hacking found on Vermont utility computer
Any Russian code found anyplace near a US electrical grid should signal the full extent of Putin's espionage. It shouldn't take an IQ of over 100 to realize any military action against the US will start with taking down the nationals electrical grid.

No...we cannot simply move on to bigger and better things. Yet, when you are the president-elect and planning a News Eve party with invitations to guest with a cover charge, I suppose there are money grabbing "better things" on his mind.

Did I mention "self-gratifying" above:

5 hours ago5 hours ago5 hours ago Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don't know what to do. Love!
Oh, and while I am closing with a bit of Trump Twitter ignorance, take this one as you move away:

The Daily GOP Ignominous: The Kings Court

Image result for king and his court

If you are still thinking the nation has elected the best we can do to the US Presidency and an administration team, the person should schedule an appointment with a shrink commensurate with their household budget. The person is on ObamaCare, I suspect they are doomed to live with their twisted sense of reality for some time to come.

The RNC/GOP holiday greeting statement (release) is the latest indication of a consummate sickness which is about to infest the White House.

Notice the word to the very far upper right of the RNC release.

RNC Message Celebrating Christmas

- December 25, 2016
WASHINGTON - Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus and Co-Chair Sharon Day released the following statement celebrating Christmas:
“Merry Christmas to all! Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind. Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King. We hope Americans celebrating Christmas today will enjoy a day of festivities and a renewed closeness with family and friends.
“Even as we celebrate, we must also remember those among us who are less fortunate. Many on this day are without hope, and need the kindness and compassion of those around them. It is our prayer we will rise to meet the material, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals all around us, and what better day is there to love our fellow man than today?
“As we open presents, enjoy Christmas dinner, and celebrate our own family traditions, we are mindful of our men and women in uniform. Many are stationed around the world today protecting our freedoms, and cannot be with their own spouses, children, parents, and siblings. We express the deepest gratitude for service that takes them away from celebrating with loved ones, and we ought to remember them in our thoughts and prayers not just on Christmas Day, but the whole year round.”

A Holiday statement which reads characteristically progressive for the RNC/GOP. Yet, the message speaks to a concern which is impossible to over look.  The paragraph below was highlighted for quick discernment of a problem.  I ask that you pay particular attention to the word "king' and in one case language denying a "new" king.  Also notice the subliminal use of the word "Savior" and the phrase "new king."

While use of the phrase "new king" is frequently part of end of year holiday celebrations in religious settings, the manner of RNC statement construction seems dutifully crafted for reaching the minds of worshiping minions and the gullible.

Another consideration is worthy of ponder. Rience Priebus seems the perfect GOP court jester devoted to the every wish of the latest GOP "king."  Moreover, it doesn't take much to realize such verbiage is a major quencher for Trump's inflated ego.

And how does the GOP react to the what is either clear subliminal message development and delivery or bush league communication lower than the level of a high school journalism student? The response was totally evasive and frankly very deflective.

Christ is the King. He was born today so we could be saved. Its sad & disappointing you are politicizing such a holy day. 1:52 PM - 25 Dec 2016
In less than 30 days the Trump team will ascend to a level unmatched across the globe. Shouldn't we have an expectation of levels of cognition and professional at an equally high level? Efforts to manipulate the psyche of Americans who are not Trump supporters or reinforce the sycophancy of those who are Trump supporters are showing like a too tight cheap suit.

The Daily GOP Ignominious: Corruption "Pay For Access" (Really?)

Image result for poor whites love trump

If you have any doubt about what's to come after Trump's inauguration, his son's will give you a clear picture.

Check out this pdf copy of an invitation to the first of trumps opening events: TMZ linked.

If you didn't visit the linked item, you missed the following:

Donald Trump's family will be the main attraction at a fundraiser the day after the inauguration, celebrating hunters, shooters and fishermen who probably pushed Trump over the line in November.
TMZ obtained a draft of the invite for "Opening Day," a massive party that will be thrown at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in D.C.
The attire is "Camouflage & Cufflinks ... Jeans, boots and hats are welcome."

If you want information from a most credible source, The Center Of Public Integrity offers a well-developed piece on Trump's organization of self-aggrandizement with accompanying "pay to play" from the nation's uber wealthy.

In some circles, the event is referred to as a "get-together."  As is the case with all "get-togethers" someone conceived of the event, organized the event and takes part in past event activities (in this case counting the cash). Since we stated the responsible parties in the first sentences of this piece, let's visit with the CPI for more related to this first of the New Year's executive money grab.

Who’s behind the get-together?
Walter Kinzie, chief executive officer of Texas event management company Encore Live, confirmed to the Center for Public Integrity that a nonprofit group called the Opening Day Foundation hired his firm to manage Opening Day 2017.
Center for Public Integrity review of Texas incorporation records found the Opening Day Foundation was created less than a week ago, on Dec. 14. Unlike political committees, such nonprofits aren’t required by law to reveal their donors, allowing sponsors to write seven-figure checks for access to the president while staying anonymous, if they choose.

We will end this piece with a quote from the late former US President Lyndon B. Johnson.  There is no need to run to Snopes to check out the quote, We took it from Snopes.
President Lyndon B. Johnson once said, "If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

We value reminding readers of a deep inner core of Trumpism which without question helped question helped with votes from the 48 to 50 percent of voters who bothered to vote in November.

If you take Johnson's cogency regarding demagoguery and extrapolate the message to "the Wall", ISIS, "lock her up", and "China" you have the essence of Trumpism and his messages to the uninformed.

TRUMP Credo: "If you tell the lie enough, it becomes truth?" Fact Checker Dot Org

Donald Trump it seems will spend the next four years traveling around the country delivering rally speeches.  His current mission is to feed his ego while whipping white people into celebrity worshipping frenzies via weekly appearances. As is the case with any rally, speech, comment, and oratory are necessary. Before we move into one of Trump's latest insults to the black community and his disregard for decency among his supporters let's remind of a key point from Politifact.

While the African-American vote was down from 2012 with Trump securing more votes than Romney (et. al. less than 14% in each election), Trump can not accurately depict the black vote as not showing up. Of course, he can claim the flawed statistic (lie) with his white supporters (and the very visible black guy and two women in the video), but the reality is, Trump continues his lie campaign. "If you tell the lie enough, it becomes truth?"

How about this one:

Trump has stated on multiple occasions within the past two weeks, that his supporters should be happy about the "good thing" associated with his false claim of "African-Americans stayed home."

Here is his latest (as promised above). Note the African-America guy (and ladies neatly placed behind Trump). The guy is over exuberant about Trump's vote comments, yet even he ceased his Trump "woodie" as Trump stated the black vote "staying home" was a good thing.

Trump's remarks.

Chicago Tribune

Thursday's rally in Hershey, Pennsylvania, found the president-elect calling for the mostly white crowd to cheer for African-Americans who were "smart" to heed his message and therefore "didn't come out to vote" for his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.
"That was the big thing, so thank you to the African-American community," Trump said.
Trump repeatedly campaigned there, drawing some of the largest and loudest crowds of the campaign. He won the state by less than 1 percentage point, giving him a vital 20 electoral college votes.
