CNN 2; The "Presstitute" Zero (Fails)

Image result for janet porter roy moore If you have been on the International Space Station for a couple of years; if you have no access to electricity which facilitates viewing television, or if you are a deep and chronic Trump supporter who also cares nothing about political decency, you may never have been exposed to what we call the hired presstitute.

"A person or media entity that misleadingly tailors news to fit a particular partisan, financial or business agenda". For more explanation refer to the following link.

The presstitute is a hired word-slinger (as was gunslinger of the old West) who receives a paycheck based on spewing totally biased or inaccurate oratory in favor of their employer. While Trump and the GOP have many such demagogues, Alabama's Ray Moore managed to find the ultimate presstitute (a top-level word-slinger with a terrible TV effect). Janet Porter is a prime example of the reality of GOP politics and a reminder of past demagogues who supported despots, the deranged national leader or dictators.

Take a look at the Alabama vote via the New York Times.

CANDIDATEPARTYVOTESPCT.

Roy MooreRepublican650,43648.4
Total Write-Ins22,8191.7
100% reporting (2,220 of 2,220 precincts)

Note Moore lost the election by close to 21,000 votes.  Moore requested the vote not certify based on allegations of voter fraud in Jefferson County Alabama.  We should state, Jefferson County has the highest number of African-American voters in the state. Wonder why Moore would pick-on the votes in Jefferson County? If we consider a 21,000 vote loss, imagine the number of the 21,000 who would have to be counted as votes for Moore to reverse the reality of the vote.  Now, imagine a count in which not one of the 21,000 switched over to vote for Moore's opponent. Outside the realm of reality, correct?  Not in Roy Moore's world.

Watch sit for on-camera duty with two CNN show hosts.  The segment is a bit long bit relevant.

Another long segment later in the day with John Berman. Notice voter fraud was at the forefront of the Berman segment.

Are there any words beyond "shameful?" People like Porter are integral to politicians like Ray Moore. Trump has KellyAnne (Alternative Facts) Conway and Sarah (lie machine) Huckabee Sanders at the front line of his Cadre of Demagoguery. So, the presstitute will take their pay and serve well. The critical issue is are there actually so many Americans who subscribe to their zany lies and misrepresentations they presstitute will thrive and manifest as we move towards the middle of the 21 Century.

The Daily GOP Ignominious: When The Top Leads The Minions Follow (The Great Lie)

Image result for trump lies

When the US has a president who lives with a ready-to-go at the tip of his tongue, we get what follows on a daily basis.
GovTrack Insider
Excerpt
By his own standard, the President has sunk to last place with 94 bills signed into law by his 336th day in office (today). That’s 8 fewer than President George W. Bush and not even half as many as presidents Bill Clinton (209) and George H.W. Bush (242):

See the methodology for noes on Truman, Johnson, and Ford.

Established and reinforced on a daily basis.  Is there any wonder the ever-ready lie spreads down from the top. Trump's UN Ambassador, Nikki Haley)was recently the victim of a punk call and she bit like an old Catfish.

The following video is 22:00 minutes in duration.  I have posted a link for the segment which has garnered international attention.

Why lie?  why not just say, I am not familiar with the incident of which you speak and put the caller back on his or her heals?

The Youtube video which follows:

Vovan222prank
Famous Russian pranksters Vovan & Lexus played a phone trick on the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley. Presenting themselves as The Prime-Minister of Poland they had a conversation with her that lasted for about 30 minutes. Nikky Haley was informed about the situation in Binomo - an island in the South China Sea: Putin supposedly interfered in their elections (this island doesn't exist for real). Ignorant Ambassador stated in all seriousness she was aware of the situation and confirmed Putin interfered in the elections of Binomo. Though it doesn't exist at all. Haley and the pranksters also discussed Kevin Spacey's harassment towards the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Trump's harassment. Vovan & Lexus are famous for their pranks with Senator McCain and Senator Graham, Congresswoman Maxine Waters, Congressman Adam Shiff, the U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, British singer Elton John and many other politicians and celebrities in Russia and the world.
Do you know Binomo?  (this island doesn't exist for real)

The Russian prank duo has caught others with their guard down. How can a credible UN Ambassador so readily fail for a prank involving a nation which doesn't exist on Earth? The question is rhetorical. The answer' it flows from the top. If the first thought wasn't to accommodate with a lie, such would not have taken place.

If you are leaving this post with your head shaking or thoughts of how did we get here, you may have interest in this Fox News segment

The Trump base (core GOP) love Trump.

And, therein lies our national shame.

More "Legislative Approvals" Than Truman? (Pence' Video Performance)

LEGISLATIVE APPROVALS......The false claims of the carnival barker

After sitting in an anticipatory manner (with arms folded like a vision of Nero) while Mike Pence lowered himself to the level of a groveling suckling spewing praise and platitudes every 12 seconds in a three-minute suckling session, Trump has moved on to Twitter malfeasances unparalleled in Internet history.

Pence:

Think of the nonverbal messaging in Trump's demeanor as he listened to the mother of all public suckup sessions. Did you get the impression he knew what was to come? Trump couldn't have known the fine details of Pence's intent as Pence did not once refer to any notes. Therein lies the deeper tragedy. If Pence rattled off such a total barrage of verbal worship off the top of his head  (extemporaneously) it speaks to his proficiency at delivering over the top banal platitudes without shame.

Pence's ugly moment has been filed in the archives of US History while Trump has moved on to bigger and more ugliness on Twitter.

With all my Administration has done on Legislative Approvals (broke Harry Truman’s Record), Regulation Cutting, Judicial Appointments, Building Military, VA, TAX CUTS & REFORM, Record Economy/Stock Market and so much more, I am sure great credit will be given by mainstream news?

Yes, Trump returned to his daily carpet-bombing of lie after lie throughout the course of the day (every day). It is actually sad we awaken each to read or hear about yet another early morning tweetstorm replete with lies, insults and ulterior motives.

Trump has frequently spewed the lie of his administration's legislative accomplishments across the eyes and ears of willing sycophants who seem to believe every word he utters. Of course, his claim is untrue and if the US was in a state of sane reality, his embarrassing claims would fall beyond the realm of tolerable.

Politifact

Trump "No administration has accomplished more in the first 90 days."— Donald Trump on Tuesday, April 18th, 2017 in a speech in Kenosha, Wis.                                                                             False
Politifact review that Trump 100 claim. As indicated above, the claim was false on its merit, and possibly accurate if one considers the extent to which Trump undertook reversing "all things Obama" during his first weeks in the Oval Office. Nonetheless, the 100-day legislative claim is False.

The full review is linked, here.

So much for Trump's early administration claims of legislative prowess, how about his claims of this past week regarding surpassing Harry S. Truman's legislative records. Short story; Truman had, or has, no such records.

Immediately after Trump lay the lie on the world, Gov Track took to what it does best: offer data-based information to people who comprise a what I cal HIVs (High Information Voters).

By his own standard, the President has sunk to last place with 94 bills signed into law by his 336th day in office (today). That’s 8 fewer than President George W. Bush and not even half as many as presidents Bill Clinton (209) and George H.W. Bush (242):

Gov Track, however, does show in their piece trump has signed "pages of legislation" or "short bills" but to claim he has exceeded all Presidents in legislative approvals for which he gets no credit is typical Trump carnival-barking.

Trump lives up to what has come to be the ugliest of reality TV shows: The Trump Presidency. While he holds on to a good portion of his sycophant base his current approval rating at 32% indicates serious erosion. People simply tire of incessant lying and what seems Trump's desire to rule as King of the United States.

The Daily GOP Ignominious: Session And Trump's Hillary Clinton "Chasing The Dragon"

Related image

NBC News is exclusively reporting US Attorney General Jeff (I do what I am told) Sessions has ordered Justice Department Prosecutors to question FBI agents about a uranium deal years ago which happened to be an issue involving Hillary Clinton. While the Clinton campaign received some financial benefit from stakeholders in the deal, the deal was approved by the US State Department.

If you need more perspective on what seems a stooge Attorney General chasing the dragon for Donald Trump, check out a perspective from a recent segment of AM Joy.

Constitutional Crisis VS. A King and His Court

Image result for constitutional crisis

I am hearing mention of "A Constitutional Crisis." What the hell is that is layman's terms?

Well, my wonderment of exactly what the phrase means may have been answered on a segment of The Rachel Maddow Show.

Personally, I do not feel a GOP as subservient and kneeling to Trump as we have today would ever pursue any such actions.

I implore you to watch the following Hardball video from the 5:06-minute mark to its end.

No, not one of those lost souls would dare pursue any congressional actions against their "king."

Is History Repeating Itself? How About Germany 1927-1933?

Image result for trump twitter

‘Mein Kampf’
“The receptivity of the great masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan
After Adolf Hitler gained control of the government of Germany starting in the late 1920s through the early 1930s. During those years, the eventual "Furhrer" embarked on national mind control through consolidation of the German press under the control of Joseph Goebbels. A key to Hitler's control of the nation was the Goebbels's strategy Gleichschaltung  (Slide share) regarding the press.

...The newspapers had to spread the same message as everything else – Gleischaltung – the coordination of the whole of Nazi German society so that it acted and thought the same. Therefore people could only read the news as it was presented to them by the government.
...At its peak, Goebbels supervised more than 3,600 newspapers and hundreds of magazines. He met the editors of the Berlin newspapers each morning and told them what could be printed and what could not. He kept in similar contact with editors based elsewhere in Germany using telegrams. It is almost certain that every editor knew what was in store if he broke away from the instructions set by Goebbels. All editors were expected to fully praise Hitler and senior Nazi officials. In 1937, Goebbels appointed Hans Fritzsche as his link with Germany’s newspaper editors.
As we watch and experience what seems to like daily manifestations of Trump's utter affinity for dictators (Russia, Turkey, the Philippines), is it possible we are overlooking his disdain for all media other than Fox News and various AM radio shows? Would Trump want to leade a nation with only one dedicated and loyal cable news network? The question is rhetorical; of course, he would. His apparent quest for an America patterned after Russian society seems to sit at the forefront of Trump's ideology.

Hitler and Goebbels quest for Gleichschaltung with a dedicated, loyal and narrowly focused press was facilitated by sloganeering and disparaging labeling: “Lügenpresse” (lying press). Can you imagine any American adopting such sloganeering?

Cleveland Ohio, Trump Rally
Why would a Trump supporter set up shop in the midst of the Cleveland audience and set up shop with a mission to promulgate what amounted to a love of Nazism and anti-media inertia?

The answer is simple and as dangerous a threat to US democracy as GOP majorities in both houses of the US Congress.

According to the Washington Post, Hitler's communications army adopted a disparaging phrase for critics of his regime:
"Critics of Adolf Hitler's regime were frequently referred to as members of the “Lügenpresse apparatus.”
Wouldn't you know Trump also adopted similar phraseology early in his campaign?  Have you heard the words:
"Fake news."
  Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
The FAKE NEWS media (failing @nytimes, @NBCNews, @ABC, @CBS, @CNN) is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American People!
4:48 PM - Feb 17, 2017
Haaretz
Did you notice the tweet was absent mention of Fox News?

After one year of Trump in the White House, anyone in the US with full control of his or her faculties knows Trump is a bumbling idiot (with money) or a stooge for Russia's Putin. Actually, the nation's 45th President seems afflicted with both. Thus we have little to no need to rehash or restate the daily manifestations of a president who has embarked on a leadership a bridge too far

While not necessarily media related checkout another form of propaganda aimed at smoothing a path for Donald Trump's seeming desire to be King of America.

Do you believe for one-second a similar strategy wasn't deployed in Germany between 1927 and 1933?

Kleptocracy, Plutocracy And GOP Dismantling Democracy

Image may contain: text

kleptocracy
klep-tok-ruh-see
  • a government or state in which those in power exploit national resources and steal; rule by a thief or thieves.
plutocraCy
plo͞oˈtäkrəsē
  1. government by the wealthy.
    • a country or society governed by the wealthy.
      plural noun: plutocracies
    • an elite or ruling class of people whose power derives from their wealth.
      _____________

    • In either case. or either definition, we do not find indications the administration you may very well have voted to elect is showing any vestiges of old-school American Democracy.

    • Let's run through a few cases of Trumpism as potential fascism.

    • ‘The Art of the Deal,’ Tony Schwartz and MSNBC's Joy-Ann Reid discuss growing indications Trump has ambitions which mirror those of Vladimir Putin prior to his dictatorship. Schwartz asserts Trump wants absolute power; quite probably Schwartz is dead on in his assessment of a president he knows very well.

The following segment is seven and one half minutes long. but relevant to the second. While both Reid and Schwartz alternately opine throughout the segment, Schwartz's comments seem to embody and accurately depict that which we are seeing from Trump on a daily basis.

How would Trump and his cabal instill a "police state?"

      A. Mind-altering dogma from the White House, the GOP and Fox News as well as a wealth of AM Radio demagogues, Sinclair Broadcasting and the newly charged-up Trump TV).
GOP strategist for the McCain/Palin campaign commented about Fox News and its mission focused broadcast against the Special Counsel.
How about recent revelations of words prohibited from CDC use?  Why would the following words bother any rational leader?

      "Mind-altering dogma....."
Image may contain: 1 person, text
Forty-Six minutes of INTEL expert Malcolm Nance and Trump's growing police state.
From the same morning show, another security expert commented on Trumpism and its move towards the dark state.
The signs are obvious.  It seems the entirety of the GOP and many US conservatives are OK with Trump's desire to lead a plutocracy.
      B. Congressional federal legislation
      C. Literal advancement of ideology and policy which supports police departments (regardless of clear evidence of far too many cases of police abuse) while taking to task the nation's most credible and effective enforcement body: the FBI.
Judicial nominees who have little too judicial experience: Politico (Talley and Maater). Talley's wife actually works in the White House; a fact which went undisclosed on a pre-nomination questionnaire.  (again the "lie" via omission).  At 36 years of age, he was also rated "not qualified by the American Bar Association. Do you see any problems with the Talley nomination?
Mateer seemed to be a Paleozoic Era regressive plant for the federal bench.  His record of utter bias and bigotry against LGBTQ Americans should have disqualified Mateer well before his name was placed in nomination. Yet, not so in the era of Trump.
Jump forward to this week's congressional hearings with five judicial nominees facing a congressional judicial committee. One of the five drew an inordinate level of questioning from a southern Republican member of Congress:

While some have expressed sorrow and sadness regarding Petersen's congressional hearing, I do not share the sentiment. Once his nomination is withdrawn (and I assumed it will be withdrawn), we must assume we will see the reality of what was to be a functionary conservative judge sitting in a lifetime appointment with daily opportunity to guide his courtroom with consideration of Trumpism and the role he would pay in US conservatism from the bench.

    • As time passes, we are seeing indications many who voted for Trump and his cabal are souring like a half ripe lemon. Actually, a better example for those who grew up in the deep South. Trumpism for some is souring like an unripe Persimmon.

    Suffolk University poll

A Suffolk University poll released this week suggests Trump’s once strong popularity among Fox News viewers like himself is plunging. While Trump plunges, according to Suffolk's December polling his base is truing of Fox News.

Suffolk posted a 58% favorable rating among Fox News viewers. Impressive, right? Well, consider past surveys showed Trump's support among Fox News viewers at 90 percent. The polling numbers hit the 90% level as recently as six months ago with a drop to 74% this past October. Now that is a problem and evidence of pure erosion among those who voted to put Trump in the White House.

AOL.com also published a piece with polling data indicating a not so rosy path for Trup and his GOP going forward.

Public sentiment is key. No one should forget how human beings can turn their backs on other human beings as well as the health of their nation.

The New York Times And Trump's Lies (Defeating Obama)

Image may contain: 1 person, text

Maybe a contributing factor is Trump's serial lying.

The New York Times ran a piece this past summer regarding Trump's lies. Wouldn't you know the Times received that common retort: He doesn't lie any more than other presidents.

Trump VS Obama

Well, as is always the case the retort pundits are way off base.

The Times did what any good purveyor of journalism would do. Staff apparently took "demonstrable and substantially false statements" from both Obama and Trump and created a visual of monumental significance.

The chart shows a problem with honesty which should disqualify and human being from national service in the Oval Office. Basically, the world cannot believe anything that comes from the mouth of Trump.

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell broadcast a recent segment based on the Times review. If the chart above doesn't work to illustrate the pathological level of Trump's dishonesty (lies) give O'Donnell a minute or two of your day.

Trump is always seeking to "one-up" Obama. Well, there is a real won for 45.

Let there be no question. The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree (and appointments also suffer from lack-of-veracity-itis.

Two minutes more via Trump voters.  How sad are these people? Was their only news source Fox News or the former Apprentice TV Show?
