24 Hours Of Trumpism: The Incessant Lie

Image may contain: 4 people, text

We start with Ali Velshi and Stephanie rule responding to Trump's sycophant feed over the past two days. Trump's lies about the stock market under his leadership drew particular attention from the liberal MSNBC hosts.

Trump's lies also spill onto the CNN News set as host Chris Cuomo partook in a critical and necessary on-camera battle with yet another GOP  (Trump Administration) rationalizer. Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry towed the GOP post-Hurricane Maria party line with claims of "we are doing a great job in Puerto Rico and what could we do better...people would be dying.

What follows is an excerpt from the ShareBlue web page. The excerpt video and partial transcript offers all rational Americans they need not know about the GOP.

Trump also spent part of yesterday offering lies on an audience of "truckers.'

Philadelphia's ABC News 6 and two minutes of Trump hawking his tax plan in Michigan.

As is always the case Trump used standard Trump mantra (God, county et al) to hawk to an audience billed as "truckers." Trucker and rational Americans beware Politifact Trump File

Trump has also taken to spewing utter lies about how his tax plan will not offer a financial benefit to himself.
Let's count the ways

Says "No, I don't benefit, I don't benefit" from his tax proposal.

Before we leave the daily Trump lie machine, allow one more peep at a recent Politifact "Pant on Fire."
Share The Facts
Donald Trump

Ending the estate tax would "protect millions of small businesses and the American farmer."
That’s a ridiculously high estimate. Only 5,460 estates even pay the tax each year, according to a credible estimate, and of those, about 80 represented small businesses or farms. We rate the statement Pants on Fire.
Yes this is a huge tax cut. But it goes overwhelmingly to the top 1%. Hedge funds. Lobbyists. Lawyers. Real estate investors. 2/2

From effectively ignoring the catastrophe and strife in Puerto Rico through outright lies regarding the GOP tax plan, never a day goes by without a copious dose of Trumpism.

On another note, another day has passed into US history without a word from Trump about the four Marines killed last week in Niger. He took a moment this morning to wave the "respect" Flag regarding Pakistan's military-style operation and release of a Western couple (An American woman, a Canadian man, and three kids)  from the Taliban, but no word about four dead servicemen.

Trump's Mockery of US Politics, Disingenuous Surrogacy And The Black Vote

It is time for a traipse through the 2016 campaign  life of Trump's newly anointed campaign manager along with a peep at The erratic billionaire's campaign CEO.

KellyAnne Conway has a formidable task while coming from a background of total contempt for Trump As she served Ted Cruz through the end of the Cruz campaign her osmosis to trump is both shameful and unsurprising. (Cha Ching).
wayr's task: Trump as a pathological liar.  What you see in the graphic below is compounded by the candidate's mental state and value systems he cannot help, but first think "lie for effect."

Yes, even the person with no background in interpreting graphics can follow the bars to an irrefutable conclusion. Trump lies far ore than he publicly speaks the truth.

The stage is set. The new campaign manager's job will include a major need for Trump oratory damage control. Other Trump surrogates are showing the lowest of professional and cognitive quality. In fact, one noted CNN surrogate has been noticeably absent of late.

What ever happened to Scottie Nell Hughes.

Great spokesperson face!

Maybe Hughes is on vacation in Croatia along with Trump's daughter and host (rumored to be Putin's lady friend), former Ruppert Murdoch ' wife.

As we consider the new campaign manager the dichotomy between she and Trump's perfunctory appeal to black voters and the reality of an over racist as the campaign "CEO" is intriguing.

How about a quick look at the task before Trump's campaign manager?

A daunting task indeed. Yet the campaign manager has alluded to a comfort level with winning the black vote as well as alleged comfort with Stephen Bannon campaign CEO.

We are reading reports, Trump's new campaign manager is "extremely comfortable" with Bannon's style. CNN linked here.  And, the ruse unfolds.

The newly anointed (never to finish the campaign) manager says she was moved by Trump's alleged speech to the black community. Was see really? Does she also realize her comments speak volumes abut her as a person (beyond politicking)?

 Huffington Post linked here.
On CNN's State of the Union, Media Matters captured Trump's disingenuous campaign manager evading Trump's taxes as an issue as effectively as dodging the sprinkles of a cold shower. WE actually found her this morning on CNN totally evading questions about Trump's tax returns.

Media Matters linked here.

We really do understand campaign managers are handsomely paid to lie, but this example is totally shameful. doesn't this woman I read so much about as having a tinge of decency care to show it?

 Media Matters linked here.
Does the campaign manager fail to realize we have modern day archiving capabilities The New York Times. We really do understand the old axiom: "Fake it to make it." However, as technology has moved use from News papers and AM radio as the only conduits to information, the campaign manager's disingenuous comments are insulting. Moreover, the video tape should l stand as a serious barrier to Trump surrogate rhetoric and circus acts.

Alas, we endure.

While we endure lets reflect back on how the campaign manager felt and spoke about Trump as she served her previous campaign boss: Ted Cruz.

Conway Has Previously Attacked Donald Trump For “Untrue” And “Unpresidential” Comments
Conway: Trump "Says He's For The Little Guy But He's Actually Built A Lot Of His Businesses On The Backs Of The Little Guy." Conway stated that Trump had “actually built a lot of his business on the backs of the little guy” and has a history of “not paying contractors after [they have helped him] build something,” adding that “the little guys have suffered” because of Trump. From the February 10 edition of CNN Newsroom with Carol Costello:
KELLYANNE CONWAY: Before the victims of his elevated kind of talk, they were unions and they were Democrats, and they were people who were living off the system. But then it looked like it was commuters and everyday people. And I think that's actually something that could hurt Trump in South Carolina and beyond if people start to see that he's not -- he says he's for the little guy, but he's actually built a lot of his businesses on the backs of the little guy and he's a lot of little guys through eminent domain, or through not paying contractors after you’ve built something. The little guys have suffered. [CNN, CNN Newsroom with Carol Costello2/10/16]
Conway: Trump Victims Include “Victims Of Trump University, Victims Of Trump In Atlantic City.”Conway praised anti-Trump messaging, saying it’s that “gotten better” because people are “starting to talk about victims of Trump University, victims of Trump in Atlantic City.” Conway also continued highlighting Trump’s hypocrisy in claiming that he is “for the little guy,” when really he has built his business “on the backs of the little guy.” From the March 8 edition of CNN’s At This Hour:
A bit on Bannon.

Vanity Fair recently published a piece which included reported comments from Trump's new campaign CEO. Campaign CEO? Is that title a first  in American politics. No matter the answer Stephen Bannon appears to have serious social deprivation regarding African-Americans.

The article is linked here.  You may want to save a few minutes of reading the long VF piece via a quick peruse of an extracted set of verbiage. It should be noted we also consider Trump equally deprived of any form of social well-being.

We do not take it for granted Trump will lose this fall. Our reticence with folding the election into the win column lies in our utter contempt for the gullible nature of million across the nation. Some will fall for Trump's sudden efforts to appeal to black voters, some will also fall for his recent efforts to lure Latino voters. More tragically, we are not comfortable Trump will not succeed in snow-jobbing the white vote close to the 80% plus level he needs today to win.

it is unfortunate, but we are not people who even consider the refrain:" That's not what American is about." Well, America has changed under the horrific influence of the GOP and it continues to rot away.
