The Daily GOP Ignominious: Conservative Frivolity Regarding The US Presidency (Trump's Daughter For VP!)

When asked by a dingy Fox & Friends host responding to the insanely unserious comment from a Tennessee Senator: Bob Corker, Donald Trump's son, Eric, went reality TV. He provided a response that while some will call joking, also provides a psychic inner core that does not befit nor match the seriousness presidential elections.

Corker sommented a coupe of days back that Trump's daighter Ivnaka coud be his vie preseidnal candidae.
“Fox & Friends,” with the nation's absolute most intellectually deficient morning show host, host Steve Doocy, “She’s got the beautiful looks, right? She’s got — she’s smart, she’s smart, smart, smart. … She’s certainly got my vote.”
Ivanka as VP?

The fact that Trump (the younger) joins Fox News jesting about the Us Presidency, I think it notable a US Senator enticed the insanity.

While I am not one to partake in conspiracy theories and witch hunts, I am coy enough of Trump to wonder if he didn't deliver the message via the opportunist corker.  Let's face the fact many decisions in Washington DC are accompanied by floating consideration to gauge public's sentiment.

Would the prospect of Trump floating the Ivanka thought via Corker? Think again; he asserted this week that Saddam was good for getting rid of terrorists (thus a good leader). He also asserted Hillary Clinton bribed Atty. General Lynch regarding the closing FBI email investigation.

Don't underestimate the thought process and power of one Donald Trump Also, don't under estiamte the power inherent in billionaire status and the prospect of buying what one needs to "get over." Especially if swaths of the pubic are inclined towards reality TV .worship. From another perspective, would the prospect a payday enticement of a US Senator and subsequent compliance be a surprise?

A Fox News Egg Hunt With Tin Hats For All Who Dare

Let's start our Fox News "egg hunt" with a clear a case of utter disrespect for a viewing audience as nay in 2014. A California Republican congressman, Duncan Hunter sat for an interview with Fox New's Greta Van Sustren and fired -off the largest "tin hat" flatulence you could imagine.

http://on.msnbc.com/10SyI3q

The network's manipulation of its huge audience speaks volumes about the American public. While we poke fun at the network of the gullible and influence-able among us, know that the network serves to sway votes. Votes that when tallied will lay waste to they nation's economic well being and social stability.

Fox News and its most cognitive deprived host. Steve Doocy should gave stuck with the weather cast gig many years ago.

How about uncovering a few more "rotten" Fox News eggs sprinkled across the full scope of of its broadcast programming.

Holding back on Ebola treatment!

Fox News ignites and flames Ebola "Tin Hat" scare and throws in a sprinkle of racism.

What sorts of people patronize Fox News?  How can a sane person find entertainment in this.....?

Fox goes visibly angry when guest will not fulfill thew host's mission of feeding the audience "tin hat" garbage. One of the two segment guests was the same (pay me to say anything) dweeb who sat while Megyn Kelly ranted about white Santa and white Jesus.

Fox News Doocy And A Week Of Hell

We all know Fox News has values, mission and goals from the network's owner right through its most zany and dim-witted host. There is no Fox News host who exceeds Steve Doocy as a prime example of a personality who should have stuck with working as a weather broadcaster in Washington, DC. While Doocy managed to advance his on-air appearances to the lofty and high compensation Fox News, he often appears as, frankly, a goof-ball. While perfectly placed on Fox and Friends and an obvious darling for those who view the show, Doocy fits the mold of that person you try hard to avoid. Have you ever been a frequent guest among a large group of friends in which a Doocy personality always attended each engagement. He is the guy who walks around with a few too many under his belt, drink or beer in hand, a slightly disheveled tie (or a sweater with catsup drips visible from neck to belly button, and the fool is not aware of the visual). He always seems to find you in the crowd and commences to seek you out for dialog you dread. You look for best the opportunity to break the interaction, while knowing he will find you again for yet another round of "oral diarrhea for his chronic case of constipation of the brain."

Yet, Doocy serves Fox News well.

He is not having a good week on-camera week by any means. First, he took part in callous and insensitive comments related to the recently released Ray Rice assault of his former girl-friend.

Klimeade was forced to do this within 24 hours.  Watch at the 37 second mark. You may have noticed an attempt at a higher level of professionalism, legs far below the level of "in your face" and an attempt at news delivery seriousness. You also may have noticed the comments from the crass Kilmeade were far from any requisite apology. Of course, we did not expect such from Fox News.

If Fox did not apologize for this: "white Santa; white Jesus," while responding with lies and bravado like this: "....powerful Fox News," a joke about physical abuse against a woman.

Again today, Fox News booked a guest (a Republican) who did not follow the script and who threw Doocy a major surprise. His nonverbal reaction (3:53 mark) was akin to a mental dunce when told he had misspelled his last name.

It should be noted the segment may have worked in securing book purchases for what Congressman Rogers calls Benghazi experts. Hasn't the right via the Lara Logan's 60 Minutes Benghazi story taught a lesson about some who write books. The keyboarding, transcription and penning a book means nothing beyond the authors opinion, comment or recanting.

Whether the book is from a writer on the Left, Right or Independent, it is the work of the author and will only offer the authors point of view. Thus Fox News, despite the misstep, delivered the anti-Administration message from network managers and producers.

We must recognize if the US economy was falling shy of steady improvement and unemployment was high, Benghazi would be sitting with The Select Special Committee as a weapon against Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Fox News Stumbled Into The Wrong Kid In Metroplis

July 9th, Fox News managers and producers reached to incite their predominately white baby boomer viewers with an issue that is seriously comparable to the color of eggshells in a hen's next.  How trite a topic and how shallow are people who simply do not demand more brainy entertainment from their entertainment network?

As the early morning Fox and Friends show progressed the new set of legs  female addition to "The Couch",  Heather Nauert spoke about Illinois State University's recent decision to provide gender-neutral restrooms. The university's decision involved relabeling 10 "family" restrooms to "all-gender" restrooms. Basically the decision is an accommodation for transgender and gender-variant restrooms students who become subject to harassment.  We all know the genesis of and prevalence of such harassment. Of course, no one at Fox News would have any concern with such harassment. If we consider viewer preference we can assume the majority of Fox New's viewers may not have concerns about harassment.

Two points are critical to the consideration of the Fox News broadcast. First, and most important, Nauert misstated the university as Indiana State University. during the interview the leggy host mention the words "P.C" Police. Take a look and listen. Pay particular attention to the Fox and Friends men hosts who are off-camera providing early morning laughter and cackling.

OK, so it appears the segment satisfies the requirement of Fox New's "headline" roll call. It ran only 48 seconds and was obviously a quick tickle with potential for true broadcast. While the majority of news networks would probably avoid coverage of the Illinois State University restroom relabeling, there must have been an audience among Fox Viewers. Let's face it media plays to its viewers in the same vein as any service provider and its customers. Apparently, Fox News viewers feel society shouldn't evolve with demographic changes inherent with the passing of time.

On July 10th, Fox and Friends chief idiot, Steve Doocy, attempted to leverage the "P.C. thing" for viewers. Doocy stepped onto the street of New York city with the Fox and Friends idiocy and carefully crafted signage.

Media Matters and the Fox News WWE like ridiculousness.

Excerpt
On July 10, Fox & Friends continued its criticism of the university's decision. Co-host Steve Doocy produced a massive mock-up of an "all-gender" sign and asked a group of "Fox fans" outside the studio what they thought the sign meant.
But none of the fans, including a young boy, seemed to share Doocy's confusion or outrage over the sign:
The exchange was an awkward moment for Doocy, who was seemingly hoping to get a more negative reaction from the "Fox fans." One chyron during the segment read "Bathroom Boondoggle: Are New Gender Signs Just Too Confusing?":

Doocy's co-hosts seemed equally surprised at the "Fox fans" unfazed reaction. Brian Kilmeade admitted "they're better people than us. I could not figure it out and we had the story in front of us. It makes no sense."
As Media Matters indicated in the piece., gender-neural restrooms is a humane accommodation that is common on college campuses. I posit such facilities will become even more available to people who feel they should have such a facility. Needless to say, the facilities are necessary in part based on bigoted harassment.

The sadness is truly in the domain of conservative bigots. How often have we seen and heard conservatives boo when hearing issues related to LGBT people? Do you recall the Army officer in Iraq who called to a conservative broadcast with resulting boo'ing?  How about congress woman Virginia Foxx stating on the House floor that Matthew Shepard was not tortured and killed out of anti-gay hatred? The one-of-a-kind member of congress spoke publicly that Shepard was the victim of a robbery: Seriously.

University and other public facilities that work to accommodate all people do so in the spirit of fairness, compassion and they exhibit the better side of America. Fox News's ridicule of the accommodation is yet another example of how our nation will change for the worse if we are not politically aware, involved and proactive. If given the opportunity Fox News's leadership will become lock-step marching orders for GOP politicians as they take seats in state and federal legislatures.

If you feel the last statement was a bit over-the-top, think about John Boehner's being forced to respond to Fox News idiocy via Sean Hannity and Sarah Palin regarding impeaching president Obama.

Fox & Friends Hasselbeck Validates Fox News Staffing Model

We realize that Fox News hires on-air personalities for reasons well beyond (or should I say) well below considerations of intellect.  In fact, FOXPEN (Fox Propaganda and Entertainment Network) apparently uses a first screen for on-air personalities that focuses on delivery of whatever they are asked to present.  We have yet to find evidence of a consideration of aptitude regarding current events, nor do we find serious consideration of brain power. Of more significance,  we do not see or hear any evidence of logic, common sense, nor basic ability to think. Since, we are only exposed to Fox News via segments posted on social media or via "laughing" segments on MSNBC, you may have more experience and a different perspective.  Basically, you may find the network more palatable because you view more segments with accurate and intellectually enticing information. Yet, we feel comfortable such segment do not exist.

An industry leading example of "dunce reporting" airs each morning on Fox News:  Fox & Friends.

Fox News has a longstanding history of throwing-out daily early morning "red meat" via the Fox "Couch News Model." Yesterday Fox News "financial hitman" English born Stuart Varney sat with the "couch" for first of the week blasting the Affordable Care Act. The carefully crafted segment was moving along well, until Hasselbeck opened her mouth.  The segment was apparently scripted for a female perspective; Fox producers failed to give Hasselbeck speaking points.

Watch and listen to the short segment. We ask that you pay specific attention to Hasselbeck's remarks. See if you can catch the ignorance? We suspect most early morning Fox viewers did not catch the nuanced flub.

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/11/18/fox-news...

Did you catch the nuanced stupidity?

The was developed to 'slam' the ACA based on United Healthcare cancelling contracts with doctors as their services related to Medicare Advantage. Hint: "MEDICARE ADVANTAGE!"

If you still have not discovered the ignorance, try this.

The Raw Story
In a segment titled “Who’s Ruining the Economy Now?” Fox Business host Stuart Varney announced that the president was not going to be able to keep the promise that people could keep their doctors because “United Healthcare has just dropped — we don’t know exactly how many — but thousands of doctors have been dropped from United Heathcare’s Medicare Advantage program.”
Conservative media outlets like The Washington Times have blamed United Healthcare’s decision on the Affordable Care Act.
“That leaves hundreds of thousands of patients without the doctor that they’ve had for many many years,” Varney added. “We don’t know how many thousands have been dropped, but thousands have been dropped. What about their patients? What about the people who used to have this doctor who now no longer have this doctor? Broken promise.”
“And many of those people are women who are expecting babies and who may just have a real relationship with their physician and want to see the same doctor deliver possibly their second child,” Hasselbeck opined. “And they are now left in the dark in a time that they feeling quite vulnerable.”
“Most of them are elderly,” Varney pointed out.
Medicare Advantage is a type of Medicare offered by private companies to people over 65 years of age. Medicare Advantage covers traditional Medicare plus additional services, but customers must pay a premium.
Yes, the prospects of pregnant women age 65 years of age and older and pregnancy is comparable to Fox News moving to delivery of actual news vs. conservative propaganda.

Brian Kilmeade has often spoken about the Fox News "couch model. In addition to Kilmeade's comment about Fox women hired based on a Victoria Secrets litmus test, he often hosts comment that actually validates why people like Hasselbeck make the Fox News news sets.

GOP Talking-Point Machine Blackburn, Paycheck Fairness, Per Research Study And Conservative Regressivism

Marsha Blackburn (R) TN. (Small image of the Day)

During a week when Michelle Bachmann stated she would not seek a 5th Term in the US House of Representatives, we get another blast of a GOP lost.

Representative Marsha Blackburn (R) TN, joined a panel on Meet The Press earlier today.  The conversation apparently segued from discussion of Syria to the Pew Research study indicating women are becoming the major earner in an increasing number of households.

SDT-2013-05-breadwinner-moms-1-3 SDT-2013-05-breadwinner-moms-1-4

Two points before we listen to Blackburn. First The Congresswoman for Tennessee is the epitome of a "talking points machine".  Rarely, do I hear her speak without the ever-present: "the American People", jargon from the GOP.  How can the GOP speak for the "American People" when it is composed of 92% whites and little diversity beyond that census.  Are we to believe that congressionals and surrogates like Blackburn go into African-American, Latino, and Asian communities for interaction and dialog about their opinions, wants and in some cases needs? Personally, I have never experienced a case where the woman as partner in heading a household did not work.  Second, it seems the issue evolves around a matter of perspective.  I have never lived in or know anyone who lives in a world where the income was so high the mother was not forced to work. Better, yet many women have professional careers and it is almost a natural that after decades they have begun to show as major bread winners.  Women are attending college at a higher rate than men, and women generally attain higher grade levels than men. Therefore I ask, why is the Pew Research study generating alarm in conservative America and in the media.

As I completed the last sentence, I initiated a quick Google search of  "women Vs. men" in college.  In .58 seconds Google returned 165,000,000 hits. Of course, most are not directly related to the search, but the salient point is the topic is well archived and readily available for review.  The first four  Google links are posted below.

I again ask, why is this even an issue? It is a rhetorical question, but would you like an answer anyway?  Women working outside of the household is yet another issue born of conservative regressivism and their desire for a society with only the white heterosexual male as beings of true relevance and significance

Would conservatives expect the graduating women, and women who are forced out of the household due to poor economic policy to refrain from earning money to sustain life for their families?  On the other hand, the GOP has well worn mantra related to SNAP food programs for the needy (AKA food stamps).

There is yet another dynamic related to the increasing number of households headed by women.  It is hard to imagine the huge number of job losses in 2007, 2008 and early 2009 are not having impact on the number of women as major bread winner.

Media Matters may have addressed the issue long ago, as part of deeper discussion of Mitt Romney's claim that women disproportionately lose jobs under Obama.  As is the case with all Romney comments, the words were yet another campaign lie.  And of course, FoxPEN's Steve Doocy (Linked via Media Matters) would follow suit by matter of network policy.  As you read this short excerpt from the Media Matters piece, think about the number of men who may never have recovered jobs at the levels of their previous employment, if they have actually secured a job.
CNN: "Since February 2010, Women Have Actually Gained 863,000 Jobs." CNN reported that employment among women has actually increased by 863,000 jobs since February 2010:
[T]he statistic does not reflect that men constituted a much larger chunk of the job loss pie in the year leading up to Obama's inauguration.
In the 2008 calendar year, men lost a total of 2.7 million nonfarm jobs, compared with 895,000 jobs lost for women. Men made up 75.4% of the 3.6 million jobs lost that year.
Romney's claim also does not reflect that the job losses for women began in March 2008, almost a full year before Obama took office. At that point, women held a total of 67.3 million nonfarm payroll jobs, the highest level of female employment of the Bush administration.
From that high point, the number of women with nonfarm payroll jobs fell for 23 consecutive months, spanning from the final 10 months of the Bush administration and first 13 months of the Obama administration. Since February 2010, women have actually gained 863,000 jobs. [CNN.com, 4/11/12]

The image is very revealing in many ways. It seems to be an  imaged reality of the mindset for the regressive GOP and conservative America.

Marsha Blackburn?  The Meet The Press panel discussed n the topic from a somewhat light-hearted perspective. I will ad appropriately so as the topic should not warrant deep societal and psycho-conservative dogma.

During the Meet The Press segment, Blackburn moves through her talking-points as if a spokesperson for women.  After a brief introduction into the reality of the Paycheck Fairness Act, Blackburn seems to turn her rhetorical dogma to issues of affirmative action.

Her soliloquy starts at the 1:00 minute mark of the 2:23 minute segment. While she relinquished the dialog for a moment, she reverted to her usual non-stop talking-points dominance about topics that were not part of the dialog.  The Pew Research Study did not focus on vestiges of affirmative action, nor did anyone ask Blackburn her thoughts of 'nonrecognition' of women in the workplace.

By the way, didn't Blackburn join all members of the GOP House in voting against the Paycheck Fairness Act? Alas, the reason she may have wanted to deflect the dialog away from paycheck fairness and women as primary "breadwinners."

FoxPEN Fox and Friends Ignore Facts And Pursues Hyperbolic Fear

newsbusters.org

Watch the ignorance exude from FoxPEN's (Fox Propaganda and  Entertainment Network) most idiotic trio.

Watch and listen to what Carlson says about the email. Today's news reports that the CIA is the major culprit (And maybe for good cause) in the talking point development.

Now, imagine your life with these three as your choice for analysis and comment mouthpieces.

Do these folks not care that every hour this story grows legs? Those legs point more towards CIA actions and national security.  They actually do know such. The problem is they know their audience and the audience soaks-up this stuff as if watching WWE wrestling matches. At least the professional wrestlers have Actors Guilds license. Fox News personalities should have same license.
