Witches And Hexes Via Trumpism

Related imageIf the phantom guy who comments about my writing more and less relying on video to carry my message wants to comment on this pro-Trump activist, feel free to do so and I will publish the comment.

There is about enough need to comment on the comments from Amy Kremer as there was a need to challenge Trump's proclamation against Obama's birth, Trump Tower secret taping via Obama, and even less need when one considers Mexico paying for the wall. What we have here is entertainment for Trump supporters via wallowing in WWE like rhetoric. Actually, the fill-in host Ali Velshi should have in some way commented about the insanity of such statements on international TV. If hosts allow such spreading of Chicken-Little like insanity it lowers the credibility of the network and the host.

Mediaite and the video clip.
The essence of trumpism: "...witches and hexes."

Actually, we shouldn't have experienced any surprise with that which emanates from Kremer's mouth. YouTube is full of video segments of her zany punditry on behalf of all things Trump (and US conservatism). How about a sample? What follows is one three minute example. Linked, here.

As Trump's World Turns: 60 Minutes Interview

Asked if he believes he treated Ford with respect, the President said, "I think so, yeah. I did."
"You know what?" Trump added when told it appeared he had accused Ford of lying in a speech. "I'm not going to get into it, because we won. It doesn't matter. We won."

Trump on 60 Minutes with Lesley Stahl.

Why 60 Minutes broadcast an interview with Donald Trump has to fall in the realm of rationale based in because he is the President along with a suspicious consideration of .....and will draw millions of viewers. While Trump supporters may have found the interview comparable to Trump's oozfest rallies, the 26 minutes on air offered historic existentially embarrassing archive minutes.

If you did not see your president at his literal worse, give what follows a few minutes; even if you skip through the interview.

A minute on Saudi Journalist killing.

CNN article, linked here.

"...We won",  he said.  Is this a game pitting US conservatism against the world?  It seems to be a common trait and consideration from many conservatives.  Life is a big game

I recall a situation within mere weeks of Trump's November popular vote loss while having dinner with a neighbor family.  As we approach the dinner I noticed a couple of efforts by the wife (or girlfriend) to elicit comments or reactions regarding Trump's inane and idiotic post-election speeches.  She got one form me nor the wife.

As we worked through dinner, somehow the conversation moved to retiring early for bed.  The wife proclaims she had to be awake late to watch "the news".  From that point the conversation moved to the reality we did not vote for Trump. Oh man, the atmosphere changed.  The fellow immediately raised his hands in the air as if his turn at a stadium wave waved his arms back and forth and went to a chorus of "We won, we won, we won."  Really?  The fellow looked like he was in a scene from the 60's hippie movie replete wiAcid-induced ed chanting.  upon seeing the unbelievable spectacle, I suggested we avoid discussion of politics while partaking in the meal. The women hesitated for a moment and stated; "Ok not dinner but I have one thing to say." At that point, she moved into Sean Hannity mode (her late-night news viewing without question) and went here: " I love my country!  Seriously, I mean really? She went there. As if my non-trump vote disqualified me from a love of country.

These are the same exhibitionist Americans who like so many on the right exercise their rights, fly the US flag 24/7-365  (day, night weather) without regard for US Flag etiquette and protocol. They live in a simple-minded, dangerous and false reality promulgated and nurture by republicanism. A political ideology and practice inseminated by Richard Nixon, honed by Ronald Regan and has now metastasized into trumpism.

60 Minutes?

The issue of why broadcast with a president who lies far more than he issues truisms, stands as something of an expectation. Yet, there is something rolling around in my mind settles on; why bother. Trump is a pathological liar, he apparently has motives to avoid any confrontation with dictators or moneyed opportunities.

The 60 Minutes interview was a farce.   It is important to remember, if we elected a clown, we gt a circus.

Manafort's Jail Treatment To Change

Image result for manafort trump
Image result for manafort trumpTrump's Campaign Chair played the privilege game via requesting another jail cell and then backtracked the request.  Why?

His initial request was honored despite the backtrack, but the question of why request a newer jail cell and then back off is intriguing.

An Incompetent And Uncaring President Reads From A Script

"On all sides..."  Really. Watch a misplaced Businessman force himself to read a prepared statement for staff which includes white supremacists.

All sides?  How about that cap?

Diversity: The Antithesis Of the GOP and Trumpism

Image result for house trump celebration
CNN addressed the matter of Trump's whitesplaining photo shoot. There were women at the trumpfest and the numbers women present in no way reflected US gender demographics: a serious problem for the GOP. We choice a view or lack other of women first based on the dire consequences of the Trumpcare bill on American women. The image is very much missing other national demographics.

Do you see any African-Americans, Latinos, or Asians in the image below?

Or this image. We simply cannot find one person of color in the image.

Now is that a party which truly represents the United States of America?

Trumpcare And You (VIDEO)

Before we moved to a few details about Trumpcare (AKA Ryan's Tax plan for the wealthy), take a look at 13 Senators charged with developing or studying a Senate repeal to Obamacare. Do you notice anything peculiar (but common to US conservatism) in the picture?

Image may contain: 13 people, people smiling, meme and text

I will wager, it didn't take but a second to see the fallacy of Republicanism. If you didn't notice anything I will call un American, You might be a gullible person and culpable in the diminution of the nation. If you didn't notice an absence of people of color, you certainly must know the Senate has a few GOP women who hold office.

Let's start with a short video of how the current Trumpcare bill differs from current national health policy (and law).

One more critical video. Do you recall Mitt Romney over running then President Barack Obama in their first 2012 Presidential Debate? Yes, Obama came out as President with reference to missing his anniversary celebration not knowing Romney was equipped with a debate technique tactic which when deployed effective is a debate winning tool. Romney Gish-Galloped President Obama and provide an impetus for better White House debate prep.

gish-gallop. Noun. (uncountable) A rhetorical technique in which a dishonest speaker lists a string of falsehoods or misleading items so that their opponent will be unable to counter each one and still be able to make their own counterpoints.

Watch the professional "galloper" from the great State of Tennessee, A veritable motor mouth who knows the news host has limited airtime for the segment and the galloper has opportunity to consume the time.

Republican surrogates, pundits, and officials deploy a similar technique when they appear on certain news segments.

Kaiser Family Foundation published a detailed review of how Trumpcare's restrictions of "pre-existing conditions" will impact current and potentially insured and  a table of deniable medications.
Before the ACA, individual market insurers in all but five states maintained lists of so-called declinable medical conditions.  People with a current or past diagnosis of one or more listed conditions were automatically denied.  Insurer lists varied somewhat from company to company, though with substantial overlap.  Some of the commonly listed conditions are shown in Table 2.
Table 2: Examples of Declinable Conditions In the Medically Underwritten Individual Market, Before the Affordable Care Act
Alcohol abuse/ Drug abuse with recent treatmentMental disorders (severe, e.g. bipolar, eating disorder)

..... Current use of any of these medications by an applicant would warrant denial of coverage. Table 3 provides an example of medications that were declinable in one insurer prior to the ACA. Our analysis does not attempt to account for use of declinable medications.

Polls, Polls, And More Polling Data

Image result for TRUMP

On A busy Sunday morning, there is little time to devote to promulgating information. We thought a set of Trump approval rating graphics would tide you over for a few hours.

Chuck Todd's, Meet The Press, and early morning Trump.

Trump low marks for first 100 days: NBC News/WSJ poll

While NBC is reporting on Trump as the worse president in modern times, we wouldn;t be fair if we did not mention Trump is doing very well in one category on the poll. It seems Americans love the dropping of bombs and explosive ordinance. Trump has a 62% approval rating among the respondent group when asked their opinion of Trump's Syrian fireworks display over and across and empty airport.

The following set of graphics is not meant as a form of snark. The data shows we are heading down a path which gave us George W. Bush and an international crisis (when coupled with poor banking decisions from the Clinton administration).

Graphic derived from New York Times Exit Polling Data

Image result for who voted for trump by race New York Times

We do asset it is impossible to view the previous two graphics without contemplation of a couple of points. Non-whites vote moderately fewer than whites and whites seems to vote very much down the lines of social voting. Republican economic data is well published as a reliable flop after a period of good fortune. People who avoid such data while keeping their eyes and ears open to GOP political mantra (nationalism, militarism and in the case of 2016, celebrity worship) doom us to reliving our past. The current president, his cabal, and the GOP are so very administratively deranged, we may not escape the next Republican national abyss.
